Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay at the Homestay, Guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Booking is non-transferable

2. Check-in time: 12 PM; check-out time: 10.30 AM (Guests must inform the Homestay of their estimated arrival time in advance to facilitate a smooth check-in process).

3. Use of Homestay:

  • Guests must use the Homestay premises responsibly and respectfully.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Homestay property or its contents during their stay. The cost of repairing or replacing damaged items will be borne by the Guests.
  • Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the Homestay premises.
  • Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Provider.

4. Guest Responsibility:

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay at the Homestay. The Provider will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to Guests’ personal property.
  • Guests are responsible for their safety and security while staying at the Homestay. The Provider will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay.
  • We will not be responsible for civil disturbances, natural calamities, or other such incidents beyond human control.

5. Booking, Payment, Cancellation, and Modifications:

  • Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation at the Homestay.
  • Guests must make the required payment in advance to secure their booking. All payments made by Guests are non-refundable.
  • Guests may request changes to their booking at the discretion of their booking provider. If the booking provider feels that there is a valid reason behind changing the booking, then 3 months from the booking date may be given with valid proof.
  • Stayfar reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control. In such cases, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative accommodation or refund the Guests’ payment.

6. Private catering is not allowed on any property.

7. The homestay provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the homestay’s website or other communication channels.

8. Please respect the culture, tradition, and sentiments of the local people.

6. Termination:

  • The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and ask Guests to vacate the Homestay premises immediately if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions, engage in illegal activities, or cause significant disruption or damage.

By booking a stay at the Homestay, Guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
